 By purchasing a Bike or Part from Fiddyparts you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions of sale including our Warranty & Returns policies. Please review our policies prior to purchasing an item. Minimum age for all purchases is 18 and hold valid debit/credit card.  While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. All pictures contained are for illustration purposes only. Fiddyparts are not responsible for any injury or death arising from the use of the bikes we sell. It is very important to wear appropriate protective gear whilst riding our bikes. The bikes we retail are for off road only, and cannot be ridden on public roads; If the purchaser or any person known or unknown to them does so at their own risk. We offer 15 day limited parts only warranty AND 30 day limited parts only warranty on engine only. All sales are final. Most spare parts are readily available. We warrant that all products are free from defective material and defective workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective, without charge. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision. Warranty does not cover lack of maintenance, examples include non adjustment of bolts (i.e. engine mounts, wheel adjustment, engine mount, chain, guide ect), lack adjustment for chain, inappropriate adjustment of valve clearances, dusted motor due to no changing or servicing of air filter, no changing of oil. Warranty does not cover consumable products such as break pads, sliders, bearings and/or general wear and tear items. In the event of a fault of a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. We will then have our mechanic examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs of returning any faulty item back to us. The buyer shall also be responsible for the postage costs incurred when we send the replacement part back to the buyer. Like any other retailer in the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for transport costs of any defective item, back to the retailer. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, any refund provided will be less postage costs. Please ensure the item is properly assembled before use. Although it has been checked during manufacture, prior to packaging, and prior to dispatch, please ensure all bolts and nuts are tight before use, and all parts are functioning correctly. We cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage or injury caused whilst operating our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have all the necessary clothing and helmets whilst riding. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will resolve them quickly. The bikes come in the crate and are 90% assembled. If you do not have the technical capacity or knowledge to appropriately assemble the bike please ensure you use a qualified motorcycle mechanic complete the task for you. Colour may vary from time to time, 2.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments, please ensure you understand these terms in full before purchasing a bike or other products that we offer.
